OUR SERVICES
We understand that each space is unique and different! That's why we proudly do things differently. We have a flat-rate pricing (not hourly). We base our quotes on service, not on time. We clean until all services are complete, at no additional cost to you.
OUR TEAM
Our cleaners receive a full month of paid training based on Val's standards. In other words, our Chicago cleaners not only know how to make our clients satisfied but are also fully qualified to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning each visit.
OUR FOUNDER, VAL
Val’s Services was founded by a Brazilian immigrant, Val Oliveira, to bring the spirit of “faxina”, a Brazilian style spring cleaning to Chicago. In Brazil, every week a “faxina”, or spring cleaning day, is observed. Our daily mission is to keep this spirit alive in every cleaning.
